Okorie is intelligent and poised and can run the show with tough defense.
“He's highly intelligent. He understands the game. He can run a show, having the ball in his hands. He can put people in the right spots. He's tough and gritty defensively. And emotionally, he always stays poised. You don't see him doing the up and down. So I think that's going to help him in his rookie year.”
Okorie always believed his opportunity would come.

“He's patient and he doesn't get sped up. You know what I mean? Like he's not overwhelmed by the moment. That's something that we've seen pretty consistently. His demeanor doesn't waver, you know, in those types of moments. He just was so poised... He got to his spot and got his shot.”
