Dybantsa has been working on making an impact on the defensive side.

“The biggest thing is he had four steals. His effort on the defensive end, cutting people off, playing in the passing lane … You could feel his presence on the court, his ability to get into bodies, his ability to guard one on one.”

Dybantsa plays fast and aggressive and is picking up terminology well ahead of most rookies.
“He's been great. He plays fast. He's aggressive, which I think we all like. ... I think he picks things up quickly, the terminology. I think he's way ahead of a lot of rookies that I've seen come in.”
