Mike Brown sets competitive tone for Knicks in preseason.

Mike Brown sets competitive tone for Knicks in preseason.
“We should be pushing each other to get better while competing for minutes and/or to make the team. So, you're 100% accurate. It's going to be hard.”
Brown told the five starters they will play.
“I specifically went down the line talking about Jalen, Mikaille, OG, Kat, and Josh. I said, those five, they're going to play... everybody else in this gym, you fighting. You fighting either to make the team or you fighting for minutes.”
Bridges has been efficient off the pull-up and looks more confident finishing at the rim.
“I would like him to, you know, to add some more of that to his game as opposed to just relying on the pull-up, but he's been great with the pull-up in terms of efficiency and decision-making. So, again, just add the ability to finish at the rim at times, which it looks like he's starting to be more confident.”
Towns got heavy high-post work with dribble handoffs and playmaking duties.
“tons of high-post stuff, DHOs and facilitating from Towns”
Brown loves how Towns has been practicing.
“I truly love the way he's been practicing.”
