“Josh Hart said he is foregoing what would be career-ending finger surgery and will play through the pain.”
Hart's damaged finger leaves joint replacement as the only option and that surgery would end his playing career.
“The only option for my finger at this point because of how damaged it is is a full joint replacement, and with a joint replacement you can't have the banging or the palming rebounds. So if I got the replacement, I wouldn't be able to play.”
Hart will wrap the damaged finger and play through it instead of getting a joint replacement.
“Josh Hart says the only opeion for his finger at this point "because of how dangerous it is" is a full joint replacement. With the joint replacement, "you can't have the banging, reptitive, grabbing the ball, get a rebound," etc. So he will wrap it and play through it.”
